The Anker 575 USB-C Docking Station (13-in-1) works well with my Windows 11 laptop, and setup was straightforward once I confirmed my USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery. The included New Nylon USB-C to USB-C 100W Cable (10 ft) is a nice bonus, long enough to reach across my desk. It's compatible with macOS 10.12 or later too, though I mainly use Windows. Solid for expanding ports on a laptop, just make sure your device meets the requirements before buying.
